How do I add my new employer?

If you’ve used Wagestream at a previous job, please log into your existing account to check if your new employer has already invited you. To do this, switch between profiles in the app:

  1. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
  2. If you see your new employer listed, tap "Switch" to view your details under that employer.

If your new employer isn't listed, you may need to manually register and add them to your account:

  1. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
  2. Go to "Account Settings."
  3. Select "Register with another company."
  4. Enter your new job's details.

After successfully registering, your new employment will be pending enrollment. You’ll receive another email once your enrollment is finalized, which may take up to 7 business days, depending on your employer.

Please note that not all employers are partnered with Wagestream. If you'd like your employer to sign up for Wagestream, please let them know!

Having trouble?

You may need an invitation from your employer to join Wagestream, or there could be another issue with your registration. If you're stuck, please contact our Customer Service Team by raising a ticket and include the following information:

  1. Your previous employer
  2. Your previous employee ID number (found on your old payslips)
  3. Your new employer
  4. Your new employee ID number (found on your payslips or provided by your employer)
  5. The email address you want to use for your new employer
