We set up payment by salary by default for all Loans. But you can choose to pay by Direct Debit at any time if you prefer. 

To ask to switch payments to Direct Debit please contact our support team:

• Open the app.

• Go to The Hub.

• Tap Help.

• Tap Contact.

Let the support team know you'd like to switch to Direct Debit, and we'll make it happen. Your Direct Debit will be paid on a monthly schedule. You can let our support team know your preferred payment date.
