If you wish to close your Wagestream account, that's no problem!

You can opt yourself out via the app. Log in and then:

1. Head to the Profile Picture in the top right-hand corner

2. Tap Account Settings

3. Tap Close and terminate account.

What happens next?

After opting out, your account will be disabled, meaning you will no longer be able to stream. If you have a Build Pot or Workplace Savings account, outstanding funds will be transferred to your bank account within 5 working days.

The opt-out process will remain pending for a few days or until your next payday, based on any outstanding streams due to be reconciled. Once your streams have been reconciled, your opt-out will be complete, and you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know.

What if you change your mind?

If you decide to re-join Wagestream, you can do so through the app. The re-joining process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
