How to Personalise My Settings

There are many settings you can change in your app. If you would like to make adjustments, head to your profile by tapping the top right icon in either the Track or Hub screens. 

  • Profile picture: To add or change your profile picture, tap the profile image. You will be asked to take a photo, or upload an existing one.
  • Logout: You can log out of Stream by following the steps in our How to Log Out of Stream article
  • Close your account: You can close and terminate your account by following the steps in our How to Cancel and Close Stream article
  • Account Settings: You can update your communication preferences and notifications settings. Please see further information in our Communication Settings article
  • Pay Settings: You can change your Pay limits by following the steps in our Setting up and Editing Pay Limits article
  • Security Settings: Turn on your face/fingerprint for logging in.
  • Bank Accounts: See the bank account connected through your employer. This is where your salary will be paid.
  • Help & Support: A full range of in-app help articles, like this one, that are specialised for your app. 
  • Contact: Our dedicated support team is here to solve any issues you have with your account.
