I can't stream due to reaching my Stream limit, what does this mean?

If the app says, "You've reached your Stream limit," it means you’ve hit one of the limits set in the app.

How to View and Edit Stream Limits

  1. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Stream Settings to view your limits.

There are two types of limits:

  • Employer-set limits: Maximum limits set by your employer.
  • Personal limits: Limits you’ve set for yourself.

Can employer-set limits be changed?

No, employer-set limits cannot be changed in the app. To request an update, you’ll need to contact your employer directly.

Not sure why you’ve hit your limit?

Remember, limits apply to each pay period—not per payday or calendar month. To check how you’ve reached your limit:

  1. Open the Track page.
  2. Tap the Streams box to view your Stream history and the total for the current pay period.
