If this happens, give it time, it could take up to 2 minutes for the SMS to get to your mobile device.

If after 2 minutes you still haven't received a SMS:

• If you haven't, re-enter your number and tap next
• Go back to see if you have entered your phone number correctly
• You should now get an SMS to your number within 2 minutes

If you did enter the correct number, try again, and if you still haven't got a SMS, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team.
