I Withdrew from My Workplace Savings Account But the Funds are Showing as Pending, What Should I Do?

Workplace Savings accounts are easy-access accounts. So, your money will be in your bank account by the end of the next working day after you ask for a withdrawal. For example, if you withdraw on Friday, you will get it by the end of Monday.

During this time, you will see the withdrawal as 'Pending' on your app.

If it has been longer than 1 full working day, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team and include the below:

1. Your employee ID (on your payslips or your employer can confirm this for you).

2. The Date and Amount for the Workplace Savings withdrawal you are missing.

3. The Bank Account and Sort Code numbers that you were expecting these funds to go to.
