I withdrew from my Workplace Savings but I've not received my funds, what should I do?

Your money will be in your bank account by the end of the next working day after you request a withdrawal from your Workplace Savings. For example, if you withdraw on Friday, you'll get it by the end of Monday.

If it's been longer than 1 full working day, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team and include the below:

1. Your employee ID (on your payslips or your employer can confirm this for you)

2. The Date and Amount for the Workplace Savings withdrawal you're missing

3. The Bank Account and Sort Code numbers that you were expecting these funds to go to
