My shifts have disappeared from the app, what should I do?

The Wagestream does not have the ability to change or add shifts upon your request. Your worked hours will automatically appear in our system once we receive them from your employer.

Common reasons for hours vanishing from the app include:

  • Shifts being "un-finalised"
  • Your employer classifying the shift as ineligible for Wagestream (e.g., annual leave, sick pay, parental leave, training shifts, etc.)

To resolve this, please contact your employer directly to understand why these shifts were removed and confirm when your account will be updated.

Wagestream relies entirely on the earnings information provided by your employer and cannot modify or add shifts on our end.
