If you need assistance with the Wagestream app, please contact your Line Manager or Supervisor. They can either assist you directly or point you to the right person for further help.

When should you reach out to your employer?

Since Wagestream is a third-party app, we can't assist with matters that are typically handled by your employer. This includes questions about payslips or shift swaps.

Additionally, we rely on your employer to send us your information, and for security reasons, we cannot modify these details. Here are a few common inquiries that will need to be directed to your employer:

  • Changing personal details, including banking information
  • Reporting missing earnings on the app
  • Addressing enrollment delays
  • Resolving streaming issues (e.g., if unavailable or disabled)
