If you can see a credit card icon in the ‘Hub’, but someone else you know - who uses Wagestream - cannot see the icon, there could be a few reasons for this:
- Your employer has requested that Wagestream does not offer credit or lending products to their employees.
- You may not be eligible. Please check if you meet the following criteria:
- You are over 18 years old.
- You have been with your employer for more than 2 months.
- We are periodically enabling credit for certain Wagestream customers as we continue to improve the product. It is possible that the feature has not been rolled out to you yet.
- have you already applied / are you in the process of applying for a Wagestream credit product? If so, you won’t be able to apply for another. If you change your mind and want to apply for different product then please contact customer support to request that your application is cancelled
