Why can’t I change my name in my application?

When you signed up for the Wagestream app, we obtained your name from your employer. If you have also signed up for another Wagestream product where you had to verify your identity, your name would have been verified and saved in the app then.

If you need to change your name, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team including the following: 

  1. Your Employee ID number (on your payslips or your employer can confirm this for you
  2. Your Date of Birth (for verification purposes)
  3. Your previous name
  4. Your updated/new name

Please note our credit products are personal and can only be applied for and used by the individual named on the account
