Contactless is not working

If you have just received your card, you will need to enter your PIN when using it for the first time in a shop.

If your card has been declined when using contactless, try entering your PIN.

Sometimes there is a limit to the number of times you can use contactless before you need to enter your PIN again.

If contactless is not working for any of the reasons mentioned above, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team.
