Ordering a New Card or Reporting a Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Card

If your card is lost, damaged, or stolen – or if you notice any fraudulent transactions – it is important to freeze your card right away.

After freezing your card, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team and give them the following information:

- If you have lost your card.
- If your card has been stolen.
- If you do not recognize any transaction(s) in the app. We do not charge for replacing your card.
