Ordering a new card or reporting a lost, damaged or stolen card

If your card is lost, damaged, or stolen – or if you notice any fraudulent transactions – it is important to freeze your card immediately.

After freezing your card, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team and provide them with the following information:

- If you have lost your card 
- If your card has been stolen
- If you do not recognize any transaction(s) in the app We don't charge for replacing your card.
