How can I register if I didn't receive an invite?

NOTE: If your employer has not yet signed up to Wagestream, your company will not be recognised in the steps below. If this happens, let your employer know you want Wagestream! We would be more than happy to follow up.

  • Open the app and tap ‘Log in / Sign up’.

  • Enter your email address and tap ‘Next’.

This email address must be the same as the one on record with your employer

  • Type the name of your employer into the search box, select it and tap ‘Next’ 

  • Depending on your company, you will be asked to enter some or all of the following information below: 

    • Full Name

    • Payroll/Employee ID (This number can be found on your payslip and must be an exact match)

    • Last 4 Digits of Bank Account Number (Ensure you are entering the last four digits of your 8-digit account number, not the 16-digit debit card number)

    • Postcode

    • Date of Birth

  • Once complete, tap ‘Save’.

Once your employer has verified your details, you will receive an email with your login credentials. This process can take up to 7 days. Once complete, follow the instructions - Ways to register with the Wagestream app
