NOTE: If your employer has not yet signed up for Stream, your company will not be found in the steps below.

If this happens, tell your employer you want Stream! We would be happy to follow up.

Open the app and tap ‘Log in / Sign up’. Enter your email address and tap ‘Next’. This email must be the same one your employer has for you.
Type your employer's name into the search box, select it, and tap ‘Next’.
Depending on your company, you will be asked to enter some or all of the following information:

- Full Name. Payroll/Employee ID (This number is on your payslip and must match exactly).
- Last 4 Digits of Bank Account Number (Make sure you enter the last four digits of your 8-digit account number, not the 16-digit debit card number).
- Postcode.
- Date of Birth.

Once done, tap ‘Save’. After your employer checks your details, you will get an email with your login information. This can take up to 7 days. Once complete, follow the instructions on how to log in to Stream.
