📆 Once you have kicked off your Wagestream enrollment, a few items need to be actioned behind the scenes before you'll be good to go. This is usually completed within 3 business days but can take up to 2 weeks, depending on the company you work for.
📧 We will send you an email once your enrolment is finalised, at which point you will be able to access the app.
You may not be able to Stream immediately after enrolment as we require your employer to send us your shift/salary data. If this data hasn't been receieved, we will be unable to show your earnings which will mean you won't be able to Stream. If you believe this is impacting you, please speak with your employer to ensure they have correctly approved and sent us your shifts/salary data.
