My enrollment is taking too long, what should I do?

If your enrollment is taking longer than expected (see How long Is the enrollment process?), you’ll need to reach out to your employer and have them check the following:

  1. Are your banking details correct?
Make sure your employer has the correct and valid banking details for you. If not, you'll need to speak with your employer and get them updated.

  2. Is your employer sending your banking details to us correctly?
If there’s an issue, your employer can contact us directly to verify the information.

  3. Is it less than 3 days before payday?
If you enrolled within 3 days of payday, your enrollment won’t be processed until the business day after payday. This is because your employer has likely already submitted BACs payments for your full salary, and Wagestream can’t finalize enrollments during this period since those earnings are already on their way to your bank account.

  4. Do you meet the company’s eligibility requirements?
If you don’t meet your employer's eligibility criteria, your enrollment won’t be processed. For example, if you’ve recently handed in your notice or gone on leave, it’s unlikely that your enrollment will be processed. You'll need to speak with your employer to check this with them directly.
