When setting up your Build pot, you will get to a screen in the app that requests some personal information and you will then be prompted to verify these details:

• First name (must be your full legal name as written on your form of ID)

• Last name (must be your legal last name)

• Date of birth

• Phone number

• Street address

• City

• Postcode

• Country

We'll use this information to do a quick check and if you pass that, we'll be able to set up your Build pot.

Sometimes, we'll need to ask for some extra information and will ask you to take a picture of a form of government-issued photo ID 🪪 and be prepared to take a selfie 📸.  If you're asked to complete this extra step you'll need to to the following:

• Select the type of photo ID you'll be using. Your options are:

• Passport

• Driver's licence

• National Identity Card

• Residence Permit

• Tap Enable Camera.

Depending on your device, a window may pop up asking you to grant permission to the Wagestream app to access your camera.

• Follow the instructions on the screen to photograph your ID.

• When satisfied, tap Submit photo. 

You will then be prompted to take a selfie:

• Tap ‘Take selfie’.

• Follow the instructions on the screen to take your selfie.

• When satisfied, tap ‘Upload photo’. 

• Tap ‘Continue’.

That's the final step - your Build pot will be set up pending approval of your photos. You will receive an email when the process is complete or if further information is needed.
