How to contact the support team

📚 If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the Help Centre, please log in to the Wagestream app (where possible) and review the articles there.

📲 Articles within the app are more detailed and can show you specific content to your account.

✍️ If you still have a question, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support team - they are a friendly bunch and here to help!

We do not offer live chat or phone support. The Customer Support team answers queries in the order they are received. Opening more than 1 conversation with the team will cause a delayed response.

How to raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team

To raise a ticket with the team:

  1. You will first need to log into your app
  2. Once you've logged in, head to the Contact section of the Help Centre
  3. Head to 'How to contact the Customer Support Team' and click the link to raise a ticket. This is the quickest route into support.

If you are unable to log into the app, you can reach out to the support team via email at support@wagestream.co.uk but please be aware that emails may take us longer to respond.
