If you use a password to log in, you won't receive one of these emails therefore, won't be able to proceed with the following steps. Please see How to log in to Wagestream instead for how to log in with a password.

To login using authentication via your email (Magic Links), follow the steps below: 

1. Open the Wagestream app

2. Tap Log in

3. Enter the exact email address you have on file with your employer.

4. This will send out a Magic Link to your email. A Magic Link will allow you to sign in without a password and is only valid for 1 hour.

5. Once you’ve received this in your inbox, you have 2 options:

1. Tap the ‘Confirm login’ button and you will be taken back to the app where you will be logged in

2. Note down the one-time 6-digit PIN in the email and go back to the app where you can tap the ‘Use PIN code instead’ and enter your PIN to log in.

Are links not working or are coming up as invalid?

Depending on your firewall settings, this email can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. If more than one is requested while the system is already in the process of generating a previously requested one, the login credentials will cross paths and will be invalidated. 

To solve this, you'll want to do the following:

1. Close the Wagestream app.

2. Clear your device's cache.

3. Restart the device.

4. Wait 30 minutes. Do not open the Wagestream app during this timeframe.

5. After 30 minutes, request a new login again. 

6. Wait another 30 minutes for this to reach you.

7. Click the link, or enter the login credentials in the app.

Not receiving Magic Link emails at all? 

Make sure to check your junk and spam folders in case our emails are heading there. If you're using a work email address, we'd suggest reaching out to your IT Team so they ensure our emails aren't being blocked or diverted.

Otherwise, raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team who can investigate further for you.
