If your Stream app is having problems (like freezing or not loading), you might need to clear its cache.

Android Users:
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Select Apps & Notifications
- Tap See all apps, choose the app, then go to Storage.
- Select either Clear storage or Clear cache. If "Clear storage" is not there, tap Clear data. Clear cache: This deletes temporary files, so some apps might load slower next time.
Or, try these quicker steps:
- Press and hold the Stream app icon for about 2 seconds.
- Select App info from the menu
- Tap Storage.
- Choose either CLEAR STORAGE or CLEAR CACHE.
iOS Users:
Not all apps have a clear cache option. The best way is to delete and reinstall the app:
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Go to General > Storage & iCloud Usage.
- Choose the Stream app.
- Delete the app.
- Reinstall from the App Store.
