How to resolve common app issues

If your Wagestream app has frozen or a page isn't loading, please follow the below to rule out some common issues: 

  1. Close all other apps running on your device.

  2. Make sure your device is connected to the internet (preferably Wifi) and has a strong connection.

  3. Check your device storage capacity. If storage is maxed out there may not be enough memory to run the app.

  4. Clear your App Cache and/or Data.

  5. Make sure your device is on the latest operating system (OS). Apple users, here are instructions on how to check your iOS and here's how to update your iOS.  Andriod users, here's to check and update your OS.

  6. Next up, try shutting the app down completely (force close), shut down the device completely, then restart the device and the app.

  7. Lastly, if none of the previous steps work, please uninstall the app and then reinstall it. This will ensure you have the latest app version

Still Running into Issues?

If you've completed all of the above steps and the app still appears broken or frozen, please raise a ticket with our Customer Support Team provide all four pieces of information below so they can investigate further for you:

  1. Device brand and model (iPhone 7, Samsung Galaxy S10, etc.)

  2. Operating system version ("Settings > General > About" on iOS, "Settings > System > Advanced > Android Update" on Android)

  3. Your Wagestream app version (You can view this on the App Store)

  4. A video recording of the issue that you're running into. Here are some instructions on how to screenshot on iOS and on Android, if this helps.
