I don't recognise a stream on my account

If you notice a stream deduction from your paycheck that you don't recognize, the first step is to check your Stream History. Log in, go to the Track page, and select Streams. It’s possible that some streams from a previous paycheck were carried over to the current one, which you can view under Settlement Details.

If the transfer is still unfamiliar after reviewing your Stream History, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team immediately. When raising a ticket, include the following information:

  1. Your employee ID number (found on your payslips or obtainable from your employer)
  2. Your Date of Birth
  3. The Date and Amount of the unrecognised stream
  4. Confirmation of whether the funds were deposited into your bank account on the date specified in the app
