If you don't recognise a payment in your feed, please take these steps before getting in touch with us.
1. Go to the credit card landing screen
2. Tap the Freeze button under your Wagestream card.
This stops anyone from using your card in case the transaction is fraudulent. You can unfreeze your card at any time.
1. Take a look at the transaction details in your feed
2. Check if you recognise any of the details – the merchant, location, date or time of the payment (sometimes transactions can look a little different to the shop or merchant you've spent in).
3. Get in touch with the shop or merchant for more clarity.

If you still don't recognise the transaction after following these steps, please raise a ticket with our Customer Support Team. In the ticket please confirm that you've checked the above steps and provide as much information as possible to help the team assist you as quickly as possible.
