My Item Hasn't Arrived / I Didn't Get What I Ordered

If your item did not arrive or was not as it should have been, you may be covered by Section 75.

Section 75 is a UK consumer protection law from the 1970s. It means your credit provider must take the same responsibility as the retailer if things go wrong with a purchase. However, it does not work on all purchases. It only applies to those costing a certain amount:

To make a Section 75 claim, the item or service you are buying needs to cost at least £100.01 but not more than £30,000. If it does not, then you will not have Section 75 cover. You may still be able to get your money back using chargeback.
