I've not received my Gift Card, what should I do?

There are two ways to access gift cards:

1. Instant Gift Cards

If you have a streamable balance, you can instantly purchase gift cards through the app. The amount spent will be deducted from your paycheck like a regular stream. Please note, that the standard fee applies, and these purchases count toward your streaming limits.

Once purchased, the gift cards will appear under the My Gift Card section on the Discounts page in the Hub, where you can use them immediately.

Haven’t received your Instant Gift Card?
Please raise a ticket with Customer Support and provide the following details:

  • Your employee ID (found on your payslip or available through your employer)
  • The retailer and amount of the missing gift card
  • A screenshot showing that the gift card is not appearing in the app. Go to the Hub, select Discounts, and check My Gift Cards.

2. Payday Gift Cards

Alternatively, you can purchase gift cards to be deducted directly from your paycheck. This option avoids the standard fee and doesn’t affect your streaming limits, but the gift card will only be available on your payday.

To view these gift cards, go to the My Gift Card section on the Discounts page in the Hub. These will show under Upcoming and will automatically be purchased from your paycheck on payday, at which point they’ll be ready to use.

It’s payday and your Gift Card is missing?
Please raise a ticket with Customer Support and include the following details:

  • Your employee ID (found on your payslip or available through your employer)
  • The retailer and amount of the missing gift card
  • A screenshot showing the missing gift card in the app. Go to the Hub, select Discounts, and check My Gift Cards.
