We use Faster Payments to process streams. So depending on where you are, you'll be impacted by different timeframes:

🇬🇧 In the UK, streams are sent via Faster Payments and should complete within a few seconds but occasionally may take up to 2 hours to reach your bank account. 

🇮🇪 For members in ROI, the timing for a stream to arrive in your account is as follows:

• If you request a stream before 10:15am of a working day, the money will land in your account the same working day.

• If you request a stream after 10:15am or over the weekend, the money will arrive the next working day.

You will always receive an email confirmation once the stream has been processed and you'll be able to check the status of a stream under your Stream history. 

If it's been longer than the above timeframes, and you've still not received your stream, you'll need to speak with your bank.
