To be eligible for a Stream loan, you must meet the following criteria:

• Work for an employer that has partnered with us to offer Loans. This feature may not have been launched for your company yet, or your employer might have specifically requested that we not offer loans or lending products to their employees.

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You are a resident of the UK (excluding the Channel Islands).

• You have been employed with your current employer for more than 6 months.

• You have not been declined for a Loan within the last 3 months.

If you think you should be able to see the Loan icon on the app but can’t, please follow these steps.

If after following those steps you still can't see the tile, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team who can check this for you.
