If you don’t see a Loan icon in the 'Hub' section of the app, this suggests you are not eligible for a Loan right now.
You must meet the following criteria:
- Work for an employer that has partnered with us to offer Loans. This feature may not have been launched for your company yet, or your employer might have specifically requested that we not offer loans or lending products to their employees.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are a resident of Great Britain (not the Channel Islands).
- You have been employed with your current employer for more than 6 months.
- You have been enrolled on the Wagestream app for at least 4 months.
- You have not already applied for a different credit product with us. If you have, you’ll need to cancel your previous application by contacting Customer Support before applying for a Loan.
- You have not been declined for a Loan within the last 3 months.
If you think you should be able to see the Loan icon on the app to apply, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team who can check this for you.
