If you’re unable to make a repayment because you may be in financial difficulty, the best thing to do is to raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team. They can help.
If we don't receive a repayment by salary by your repayment due date, we will attempt to take your repayment within 5 days by direct debit. If we cannot collect the repayment due, either from your salary or direct debit, we'd ask you to make a manual repayment using our account details that can be found in the app.
Missing a repayment can incur fees and have a negative impact on your credit rating which could affect your chances of getting loans, credit and mortgages in the future.
