What happens if I can’t make my repayments on my loan?

If you’re unable to make a repayment on your loan, please contact our specialist team to discuss your situation. You can contact the specialist support team in a couple of ways:

  • Log in to Wagestream

  • Go to the Hub page and select “Help”

If we don't receive a repayment by your salary by your repayment due date, we will attempt to take your repayment within 5 working days by Direct Debit. If we cannot collect the repayment due, either from your salary or Direct Debit, we'd ask you to make a manual repayment using our account details that can be found in the app. Our specialist team will also reach out to you to discuss how we can support you..

Missing a repayment can incur fees and have a negative impact on your credit rating which could affect your chances of getting loans, credit and mortgages in the future.
