We will take a payment by Direct Debit if we don't receive a payment by salary by your repayment due date. We do this as a back-up to ensure you never miss a payment, which would have a negative impact on your credit score.
We'll always take your loan repayment by Direct Debit once you've left your employer or if you have chosen Direct Debit, instead of by salary.
We will give you 3 working days notice via email, which will include the amount we'll be collecting and when we'll be collecting it.
