Why has my account been paused or disabled?

⏸️ Your account may be paused or disabled for a number of different reasons. The most common reasons are explained below:

  • You are on sick/ holiday/ maternity/ parental leave.

  • Your employer has paused your access.

  • We've invalid banking details for you. If you've recently changed your bank, you'll need to check that this account is still compatible for Wagestream, before reaching out to your employer to ensure they've got the right details on file for you. 
  • We didn't receive your latest paycheck from your employer so your streaming has been paused until your outstanding streams are settled on your next payday. You'll have received an email letting you know if this is the case. 

If you believe your account has been disabled or paused in error, you will need to reach out to your employer to enquire as to why. We do not have the ability to reactivate your account if initiated by your employer.
