Your employer has paused your access. This often happens if you are on sick/ holiday/ maternity/ parental leave.
You have left or are leaving the company (or a leave date has been placed on your account by your employer). For more information see What happens when I leave my employer?

We've got invalid banking details for you. If you've recently changed your bank, you'll need to check that this account is still compatible for Wagestream, before reaching out to your employer to ensure they've got the right details on file for you. If you believe your account has been disabled or paused in error, you will need to reach out to your employer to enquire as to why. We do not have the ability to reactivate your account if initiated by your employer.
