When on any kind of leave, your employer may choose to pause your account. If this happens, Wagestream does not have the ability to reactivate your account.
If you have questions as to whether or not you are entitled to certain types of leave, you'll need to speak with your employer directly.

Your balance will only show shifts worked at your regular rate and does not typically include holiday, parental leave (maternity/ paternity/ adoption), or sick leave.
However, please be assured that any holiday/leave wages will still be included in your paycheck. If you have any questions regarding your leave pay, you'll need to speak with your employer directly.
📆 Salaried employees
Your balance may include wages from holiday, parental leave, or sick leave. However, this depends on whether your employer has opted to include these wages through the app or not.
To confirm whether your available balance will include access to leave pay, you'll need to speak with your employer directly. If your leave pay is not included in the Wagestream app, please be assured that this will still be included in your paycheck.
