If you use email authentication or a PIN to log in, you won't have a password for your account so you won't be able to proceed with the following steps. Please see How to use Magic Links instead.
Please find below the steps to reset your password:
Open the Wagestream app.
Enter your Email.
Tap Next.
Tap Request a new one.
Tap Request a password. Depending on your email's firewall settings, these can take up to 30 minutes to reach you and may end in junk or spam folders. Please don't request any new ones during this wait as the links will get invalidated.
Once you receive this email, tap the RESET MY PASSWORD link which will open a new browser window.
Enter your new password, confirm the new password, and then hit Reset Password.
Once your password has been reset, you will need to force-close the Wagestream app on your mobile device before logging in with your new credentials.
Log in to the Wagestream App.
Tap your Profile Picture in the top right-hand corner.
Tap Security Settings
Tap Change password
Enter your current password. If you can't remember this, please log out so you can follow the steps above.
Input a new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and must differ from the last password used.
Confirm new password.
Tap Set Password.
Once your password has been reset, you will need to force-close the Wagestream app on your mobile device before logging in with your new credentials.
If more than one is requested while the system is already in the process of generating a previously requested one, the login credentials will cross paths and will be invalidated. To solve this, you'll want to do the following:
Close the Wagestream app.
Clear your device's cache.
Restart the device.
Wait 30 minutes. Do not open the Wagestream app during this timeframe.
After 30 minutes, request a new login again.
Wait another 30 minutes for this to reach you.
Tap the RESET MY PASSWORD link which will open a new browser window
Enter your new password, confirm the new password, and then hit Reset Password
Return to the Wagestream app and pop in your new password 🙂
Make sure to check your junk and spam folders in case our emails are heading there. If you're using a work email address, we'd suggest reaching out to your IT Team so they ensure our emails aren't being blocked or diverted.
Otherwise, raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team who can investigate further for you.
