The app tells me that I can't apply for the Wagestream card at this time

Possible reasons why you are seeing this screen could be:

- You've not been with your employer for over 2 months 
- You've recently left your employer
- You already applied for a Wagestream credit card
- There could be an instance where you have created a credit account twice
